Staff was great, hotel was clean and our room was comfortable. Good price too!

Rooms are tiny. The breakfast is limited in freshness and variety. The hotel is in serious need of renovation

While property was convenient and well maintained, it is very outdated and lacks any sense of style. Of specific concern was the lack of an elevator. Additionally, the geological set up in the main building lacks effective signs directing people towards rooms overlooking inside pool.

There was no microwave in room. The restaurant near by were closed so early night

The staff was incredible! I needed to check in early and check-out late due to my son's wedding at Wychmere Club House and they were excellent in trying to accommodate this special request. The GM Peter Patel was outstanding!! He made us feel welcomed and provided wonderful references to us. We would love to return and stay longer than what we did on Labor Day weekend. Thank you for everything and for making this trip to Harwich, MA even more special for my family. Carolina M Salcedo
