Viví en un ambiente familiar muy acogedor y tanto Fátima como el resto se preocuparon constantemente de facilitarme cualquier cosa. El desayuno estaba exquisito y siempre muy abundante. Un millón de gracias.

La estancia fue perfecta. El personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, y la ubicación es excelente. Sin duda volveré

The only redeeming feature of this property is its proximity to the city centre.

Every other aspect is of an extremely poor and unacceptable standard. The accommodation is grossly misrepresented, to the extent that it verges on being a scam. The property is unfit for human habitation. The premises are extremely cold, and the bathroom becomes completely waterlogged every time the toilet is used, requiring the use of a mop or improvised scraper to manually push water towards the drain. I am able to provide photographic evidence of this occurring. The bedding provided was dirty and mouldy, as were sections of the walls, posing an obvious health risk. There were no hangers, no wardrobe, and no adequate storage for personal belongings, further demonstrating the disregard for basic habitability standards. I would strongly advise against anyone booking this property in its current condition. It requires substantial renovation and remediation before it should be offered to paying guests. The property is not run by the named owner but by a family member. Communication was poor, and the person managing the property was evasive when problems were raised. Based on my experience, I would not rely on the accuracy of the information provided or assurances given. We stayed there for one night only and moved out though we had planned to spend there for 10 days.

Purtroppo abbiamo fatto 1 notte su 2 perché i letti erano scomodi, non ho fatto la doccia perché fredda ma ho comunque provato allagando tutto il bagno e anche la camera era fredda. Per noi non c'era il comfort base.

It was very cold. We got a dirty blanket as a cover. The pictures are old and have nothing to do with reality. The bathroom was so dirty, I did not even take a shower there... I dont know where the great comments come from, but our experience was bad...

Fatima è la sua famiglia sono stati molto accoglienti , ci hanno accolto e supportato in tutto! Inoltre vi consiglio di provare la sua tajine molto buona . La posizione del Riad è centrale molto comodo . Conoscere Fatima è stato un gran piacere è una dolce mamma e lo è stata anche con noi. Ci vediamo presto e ancora grazie
