Rooms are supposed to be ready at 3pm. Took over 2 hours for them to then be ready. No manager on duty. No other rooms are available as well. But we have over 12 rooms paid for and reserved. Unfortunately not on time. As well as a lot of other people whose rooms aren’t ready behind us in line.
