Overall the Motel was very clean, nice pool & gym, excellent breakfast convenient location to airport. My only complaint was one came over to my Wife and made a scene because she walked out in the lobby with a glass of beer while we were waiting for our meal to be delivered. All she had to do was walk over and say alcohol is not permitted in the lobby. Instead she went into a little tirade in front of about 30 or 40 guest about not having a Liquor License and they could be fined and bla bla bla. The real insult was one Gentlemen with a cruise group sitting there and another at the table in front of us with an open bottle of beer & and she said nothing was said to them. If no alcohol is permitted fine but a sign in the lobby and teach some kind of etiquette to your employees. Like my company always said 9 things right 1 wrong what do customers remember?

A lot of negative reviews which had me nervous but it was great — we were there for 4 nights and it was quiet, clean and people were friendly. Would Stay again in a heartbeat

Desk staff was not accommodating. Had a hard time understanding some of them. Just not very attentive to guest.

Ran out of eggs during breakfast. I asked for whole milk and was told you don’t offer it. Most children drink whole milk so I was surprised and disappointed that you don’t carry it. That being said, I felt like the person I asked about this didn’t want to help me and may have lied to me.
