Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Anchorage Midtown

Staff was friendly and it was very clean. There was a pool but no hot tub as advertised and shown in the pictures on Travelocity and the hotel’s website. We would have stayed somewhere else had we known since the pool and hot tub were a priority for us. If that doesn’t matter for you it’s a great place to stay.

Breakfast was good

Front desk staff was angry, rude and not helpful Air conditioner was leaking water and they could not fix or give us a new room.

This property was very clean and convenient. Free parking and convenient to shopping and dining.

The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was great. The girl checking me in made a rude comment about my weight which really turned me off

Had a one night stay which we enjoyed, but after we left we noticed our son left his jacket and tried calling to see if we can pick it up but was told housekeeping was in a meeting and they'd call us back. We never got a call back and a day or 2 later we called again and was told it was there, i told them it was between the couch and wall.

Stayed on the first floor. You could hear people walking in their rooms above you. Around 12 uber ride to downtown. Wished we stayed closer. Front desk very pleasant no complaints. Continental breakfast just like any others. Ok stay nothing special.

Looks like they remodeled which was much needed. Convenient to the airport and the shuttle driver was super friendly. Room was clean and comfy

Heating staff was not able to be regulated and my family and I were both cold and hot during the evening sleep. Terrible sleep.

Stated there was a king bed and a fold out couch or roll away bed. Room had only 1 king bed. One person had to sleep in the floor. Breakfast is like buffet, went to get breakfast, no line, worker gets angry and states "there are other people that were here first!!" I saw no one else,so I served myself. Only one kind worker,the rest are unfriendly, and looked irritated if you ask a question.
