Renaissance Tianjin TEDA Convention Centre Hotel

I spent a few days here for a business trip and it was a great spot. The staff is extremely accommodating, the restaurant has a wide variety of options, the room was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the city.

This is a good hotel choice if you are visiting Tianjin TEDA (not same as downtown Tianjin). Centrally located hotel and walking distance to nice restaurants and shops I have been there almost 10 times this year and service over is great especially their executive lounge. Wendy and Cherry are great. Also in the downstairs restaurant look for Charlie and Kevin for any issues Few concerns I have is they allow smoking in the rooms and if you stay there during summer the AC doesn't work that well. All in all great place to stay.

Cherry and Fiona of the Club Lounge: one word for them is “excellent”. Thank you for a great birthday cake surprise! Loved it. Your hospitality was outstanding. The lady chef who welcomed me for my breakfast in the club lounge was also wonderful. Thank you! Wonderful surprise upgrade... Very spacious room. Couldn’t ask for anything bigger. Thanks. Furniture though Art Deco would benefit from a good refurbishment. Excellent service from house-keeping. Hotel is located near the cultural arts centre and that’s why I picked it. I recommend a club room for a wonderful experience. You’ll find other lovely services in the hotel too. Take a walk around!

As a platinum member, I was upgraded to a "huge" suite room with a full-size refrigerator! It had a very comfortable sized working desk that was superb for me. As expected, the bed was great for a good night's sleep. The Executive Lounge on the 12th floor had amazing array of breakfast and Happy Hour choices. Quiet with a great view of Binhai Cultural Centre and Wanda Shopping mall directly across! I like to commend Catherine who served me most of the time I was there. She remembers my English breakfast tea, sunny side up or omelet each morning! I could do my printing before each meeting so it was wonderful to have an "office" handy. This all happened during the busy Golden week holidays and Catherine remained attentive to my needs (even when someone took my regular breakfast table one morning!). Thank you Renaissance for a wonderful stay and professional team. Suggestion: provide more rotation of your Happy Hour menu because I stayed 11 nights and after a while, it became boring! The Renaissance is very conveniently located, walking distance to MSD/Isetan, Library/CBD in Economic Development Zone and many eating places and banks.

Good hotel in centre of Teda. Walking distance to local bars and has great facilities itself. Big menu in restaurant - buffet is very good. Meat cooked to perfection. Selection of both local and western food. Orange crepes were to die for. Very helpful waitstaff always will to help. A+

This hotel is very good for foreign visitors. The staff is friendly and will meet your needs when asked. The exexutive lounge has a good breakfast and happy hour. The lobby has live music all the time in the evenings, it is a good place to unwind.

I was there for a closure of business for 4 days. The hotel is big and has the required facilities, including a gym. The prices for the food and drinks are elevated, though the staff is friendly and most of the staff does speak English. In case you are in the neighbourhood this is a recommandabel hotel.

People smoking inside and limited staff speaking/ understand English.

Hotel and rooms are good, friendly staff. clean room, very good breakfast buffet, but very limited the à la carte menu for dinner, The hotel is near the underground shopping centre which has wide varieties of food.

I really like this hotel and room , great buffet and the entertainment and facilities they have really tried , well done
