Our stay at this hotel in Elounda was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we checked in, everything felt effortless and welcoming. To our delight, we were surprised with a room upgrade – and wow, what a treat! The room was not only spacious and beautifully designed, but it also offered the most stunning view, making every morning and evening feel magical. The all-inclusive experience was truly impressive. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and offered so much variety that there was always something new to try. The drinks were fantastic as well, with great options available throughout the day. Whether it was breakfast overlooking the pool, or enjoying cocktails by the beach, the food and beverage service was consistently excellent. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel special. Their friendliness and attention to detail made us feel right at home, and it really elevated our entire experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a perfect mix of relaxation and luxury. Between the views, the comfort, the food, the cleanliness, and the outstanding hospitality, our stay was unforgettable. The hotel is nicely built on a cliff by the sea, beautiful location, great service, rooms are very convenient. The interior of the common area is beautiful. View is awesome, the spa is the best! The spa is superb, fortunately I had Kostas, he is very professional and the massage was superb!

The hotel was good and clean, and the staff were friendly and very polite. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, the room we booked looked quite different from what was advertised – it was outdated and did not include the private sun loungers that had been shown. The buffet selection was good, but the quality could be improved, and guests were dependent on staff to provide cutlery and other essentials. One of the main downsides was that, despite having booked all-inclusive, every time we ordered water at the table (which was kind of obligatory), we were presented with a bill – although the amount was always zero, it was solely for tips - to sign for tips. This happened several times a day and was quite annoying. In our opinion, this practice does not match the standards of a five-star all-inclusive hotel. That being said, we still had a lovely holiday overall and enjoyed our time at the hotel.

This spa is very calm and beautiful . Maria was my massagist and she was very proffetional and pleasant . I highly recomend.

We as a family of three, two adults and a 17 year-old have just had a truly amazing week at Elounda Village. From arrival in the early hours of the morning to the moment we left we felt looked after and enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. Our room was spacious and the maid ensured it was spotless daily and the towels were refreshed daily and the mini-bar was restocked every morning! The food at every service is exceptional and there is always plenty of options to suit all tastes. There are always options to dine inside and outside in beautiful surroundings. All of the a la carte food is amazing and if you are all inclusive you can eat a la carte every lunch and dinner, but the buffet was so good we tended to alternate. Loads of additional a la carte options are also available for quite reasonable supplements. The level of service truly 5*, drinks are brought to you wherever you are in the hotel and can be ordered from your table via the app or by the waiters and waitresses who are constantly checking if you need anything. Eleni and Marie were excellent at ensuring we always had our pre and post-dinner drinks in a timely manner and the service at the symposium restaurant was faultless from all of the team. The entertainment is varied but brilliantly executed by the team, we had an awesome time at the beach party and the visiting DJ catered for all tastes. One night it was a saxophone player, a brilliant great night and even a film night. There are always plenty of comfortable sunbeds and towels available on demand every day . The hotel is based on a cliff side, and so there are steps to various parts including the beach, but they are manageable. There is a small beach but plenty of sunbeds next to the sea and there is a water sport provider on site who we hired a boat from to go exploring. Overall, the hotel, staff and quality of food and beverages were above anything we have experienced before and well above your average all inclusive hotel. Would gladly recommend.
