The assistant manager actually printed us a map of the trolley, and walked us to the stop so we could catch it to the market. He and the evening attendant were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was pretty good as well. They are remodeling, so that was the only reason I gave it a 9.

No real complaints The remodeling was a little inconvenience, but a necessity.

Good location close to Tmobile center.

Front desk was pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Great location as well. Plenty room for the family. Breakfast is served hot until 9am. Towels are available for everyone upon request.

We have stayed here before, primarily for the location. The room we stayed in was a bit worn and I was glad to see the hotel will be remodeled. Finally, after a snowstorm, if the hotel charges $20 a night, they should plow the lot. Or at least put down material outside the entrance to avoid people slipping.

The room was clean. The employees were very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable. The common areas were clean although the hotel was undergoing a renovation. Compliments to the team.
