"Deposit frustration"

Everything was great, except for the billing. I booked thru Priceline and paid thru them. Thinking everything was done, then I had a hold on my card for 30$more than what I should have paid, was told it was a deposit but nothing got returned to me. Very disappointed.

"Great customer service"

Front desk was very helpful he held my bags till my room was ready and gave us tips about getting around downtown. He went above and beyond and brought our bags and golf clubs upstairs when our room was ready!

"Hallmark Experience reasonable rates and distance"

I stayed in the newly remodeled section that was very nice. The hotel was quiet, I didn't really hear the other guests. It was very close to the transportation I needed and two stops away from the Hallmark Experience that made it nice to come and go. There was a building I had to walk by that is being worked on that had large gaping holes at the bottom and mattresses behind the fence that were close to the trolly stop that made me feel uncomfortable but once that is done I think the area will be nice.
