"I would stay somewhere else next time"

No hot water in bathroom sink No switch plate on bathroom electrical Had to pay extra 20$ per day to park when I am already paying for a room there The provided body care products smelled like men’s cologne- something neutral would have been nice

"My stay in your hotel was very good."

The room was comfortable and nice. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The toilet in my room was loose and not completely bolted to the floor, so that when I sat on it, it would "rock" or move side to side. Occasionally, all rooms should be checked to make sure that the toilet is stable and working well, that the drains in the bathrooms drain properly and that everything else in the room is okay.

"Great Hotel just off Downtown, KC,MO"

Hotel is close to downtown KC, MO with good rates and newly remolded rooms and lobby area. Staff is friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my stay.

Excellent showers and clean

20 parking. We were there for an early procedure at the hospital the next morning and had 2 cars. Had to pay 40 to park our cars.
