The hotel is a little dated and a tad shabby. But, the location is close to many things of interest without being in the middle of the hustle. The breakfast provided was good.

"Nicely laid out"

Currently being remodeled. Rooms are generously sized. Fitness center and breakfast are good. Used the stairs to get around, even from the 4th floor because you can exit outside from the second floor. Rooms are dark at night. Good lighting except for the bathroom sink area.

"Great Stay!"

Even though they are going thru a remodel, the stay was comfortable. Will definitely book again when I am back in the area. Also, they allowed a late check out with no issue.

"This is a very nice hotel close to where my family lives and is right on the street car line."

Breakfast was very good.

I had to go down to reception to get a tv remote as there was none in my room. The person at the desk spent a good two minutes on his phone before looking at me. A "I'll be right with you." would have been nice.
