Love the poolside room it’s so convenient when you have kids

I didn’t actually get to check in as a very bad storm passed through taking out almost everyone’s power .. im still on day 2.. but they made sure they kept us up to date and happy to help! I ended up staying at a friends but definitely

We originally selected this hotel because of all the good reviews. Easy check in and out. You can tell that this hotel has been redone, but they skimped on the remodel. Some places are super clean/new-ish and some are super dirty/old. From the very first day, our hallway had an AWFUL smell (dirty dog, animal poop/pee...something?) and then we saw where they were using the ozone on a room just up from ours. I feel sorry for anyone that gets that room. It made our stay just feel kind of nasty. The pool area was nice, but they were always out of towels. Also, the splashpad sometimes worked and somwtimes didn't. We watched as a number of kids tried to turn it on, only to be upset when it didnt work. We didnt have anyone clean our room, so we had to ask the front desk for fresh towels and washcloths. The shower looks fancy but isnt powerful enough to make you feel clean--also, it leaks on the floor. We tried to plug in the hair dryer, only to have it spark, pop the safety, and turn out the bathroom lights, that was scary. Breakfast was plain and mostly picked over/cold. Luggage carts are few and far between, so good luck finding one. Lots of parking in a fenced lot, however the gate is "monitored" but the gate was always open, so I'm not sure how secure it actually is. Perhaps, not worth the price. *They did have a nice gym.

Everything was awesome. Stayed for two nights with a pool accessible room. It was so nice. Just walking right out to go to the pool is a game changer. This was my second time to stay here and I will again next year for sure. It’s super easy to get back and forth to the MOORE Expo.

The hotel is very nice. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is amazing for adults who enjoy fine dining. The room was clean and organized. However, since we are seniors, we did not find the shower very welcoming. We like just a plain shower with a shower head above us. Our room was equipped with a spa like shower that spewed water in all different directions and very difficult to operate. The hot and cold adjustments were harsh and hard to move as the shower knobs are square and not easy to read. Someone can get terribly burned. A severe burn just waiting to happen to some poor soul. I know as it took about five minutes to adjust to the right temperature and water spout direction before I even proceeded. Just not senior friendly. A small heater in the bathroom would help as it is extremely cold in there. Other than the shower issue it is a very nice place to stay.

This place is very dated and you can tell it's old upon arrival. The room we got smelled like cigarettes, there were screaming kids and you could hear the people talking in the room next to us like we were in their room. It was a connecting room. There was zero privacy. We went back to the front desk and asked if they could move us. The lady was super nice and accommodating. We were moved to more of a "hotel" room without a connecting door. It was a lot nicer and quieter. At night we heard a lot of traffic and loud music from cars driving by due to the location. Carpets definitely need to be replaced. They give the room an unclean/dirty hotel like smell. It wasn't the worst ever, but we can get a much nicer place for the same price elsewhere so we probably won't be going back there.

After a long day of traveling with my daughter, it was nice to pull in to a safe space offering a restaurant within the hotel for a late dinner. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome! Not only was the food delicious, but the atrium was pretty all staff were very kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for Missouri Girls State wrestling and plan to use this same hotel moving forward. The kids pool was a big hit with my daughters and it wore them out!! They were tired and parents could relax. Plus we love having a starbucks in the hotel. We got something everyday and the workers were pleasant.

We will always choose oasis when we come to town!
