Indoor pool area with many live plants of all sizes created a special place. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff very friendly and onsite restaurant was a plus.

Never stayed there. I showed up at 1pm for check in , after driving for 13 hours. Lady says check in isn't til 4pm! They will say it's in our email we sent which I didn't get. Buy come on , who has a 4pm check in? It's always at latest 2p. lady won't give me a refund. Says I can call you once a room is finished with maid service, I say great! But....there is 11 people in front of you . Oh so you mean they didn't know about 4p check in either? Hmmm. This is 1pm , I'm not waiting 3 hours? Where? I have people meeting in room before 4 , relatives. So I left and went next door , got a room , was in room in less than 10 minutes. Still wouldn't refund
