Amazing experience would come here again

Check in was smooth. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Better than I expected, and we saw all the positive reviews beforehand. No sales pitch either. Room was very clean but small. Perfect for me and my wife. If we had more than two I would get another room. The bed and linens were awesome. Location was the best. Close to downtown and all the bars, restaurants, and shops. Right next to the train station which we did and was awesome. Highly recommend the train. Only negatives are don't expect any great views from the rooms or balconies. We faced the new construction across the street, however we expected this from their notices before we booked. The construction was not a problem for us regarding loud noises. Also the $12.00 parking we did not understand. In all our years of years of being RCI members we have never had to pay for parking. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again.

The front desk staff was amazing - friendly and informative about local events and places to eat. The one bedroom room was small but comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed for a couple. Location is excellent.

Comfortable, well designed appartments. Loved the walk-in shower. Exterior hot tubs were very pleasant. Great exercise room. Excellent laundry facilities.

There were no boiling kettle, and it would be nice to have a couple of extra plates, bowls, cups.

We stay here a lot. The only issue we've had was this time. It was, granted, a festival weekend, but because the front desk is not 24/7, we didn't know what to do about some extremely noisy neighbors in the middle of the night. Found out the next day they have an agreement with hotel across the street. We could have called their front desk, but would not have guessed that. Missed some events the next day because I got zero sleep. The next day, we were told that the people next door had brought a stereo system that they set up in the closet with big speakers. Well, guess what? Those speakers were right against the wall that is shared with our unit (and specifically the bed as well). They left for the day the next day and left the music going even while they were gone!! Who in the world does that? The front desk was very nice and apologetic, but it was after the fact since they were not there during the night.

The hotel was clean, the location was great!

We loved this hotel. We were looking for a place that had a kitchen byt was also close to the main area of Durango. This was excellent and the kitchen was perfectly stocked for what we needed to cook. Also loved having a separate bedroom area. We will definitely be coming back. Everything was in walking distance for us.

Convenient location. Nice condo, showing a little age. Kitchen is well equipped. TV is small and awkwardly placed with very few channels or capability to stream your own accounts. On the day of check out we received a notice about fees for extra dirty condo and late checkout. That should have been presented to us at check in not check out.

Location was perfect and the apartment was completely comfortable. Hot tub overlooking reindeer was a bonus!

Added parking charges seemed unnecessary and should just be added into cost.
