Staff was friendly and helpful. Offered recommendations of things to do in town. Room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with all that we needed. Location was fantastic. Very walkable!

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Check in and checkout were easy. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and all equipment was is working order. Fee parking for guests. Great location with easy walking distance through downtown Durango.

We loved that we were within walking distance of town. The hot tubs on the roof were amazing after long hikes and skiing. We also enjoyed the pool table as a family. This resort has one of the friendliest and most accommodating staff members we’ve encountered yet! We can’t wait to come back!

We have stayed here before and decided to come back for this trip due to the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The staff during our stay were all amazing! The front desk team has to be one of the friendliest hotel staff I have ever interacted with. The property is clean and well maintained and is starting a renovation later this year. There isn’t a pool, but the property has two rooftop hot tubs overlooking the Durango Silverton train station and foothills in the short distance as well as a game area with foosball and a pool table. Restaurants and shopping on Main Street are all within easy walking distance. I would readily recommend this property to my friends.

This is a convenient location for winter holiday. Everything in walking distance. Durango has a small movie theater, train station, museum, and local shopping. Great spots to eat. Short drive (20 minutes) to ski resort.

Really great accommodations and location for a ski vacation. Purgatory skiing was a short drive away. Wyndam front desk staff were awesome. Facilities were very clean and up to date. Full kitchen with nearby grocery store was convenient and made our stay so efficient.

The resort is perfect if you are skiing Purgatory (28 miles north) or if you are just enjoying the Durango area. Lots of good dining options close by (a very walkable town) Many places with historic interest in Durango and the surrounding area. Steam train museum 1 block away , a movie theater very close, dramatic views of nature at every turn. Fantastic Durango - Silverton steam train trip is a must. Free ski passes available from Purgatory Resort for those over 75 or under twelve. The only unfavorable item was a $12 daily charge for parking which is avoidable by parking off site. Already planning to return next year.
