Clean, modern. Nicely decorated. Functional rooms With comfortable beds and nice duvets The staff were beyond super and really know what customer service is. Mix up on the booking from their sir which they more than resolved. Thank you We were staying here for Swansea Bay Campus visit - location was superb.

Breakfast wasn't the best. Scrambled eggs which looked horrific and limited cooked breakfast.

food was incredible and clean space . Chef always happy helpful and constantly checking on food and topping up

Shower was broken and extractor fan in bathroom did not work and cracker tiles I cut my foot . Bed was uncomfortable and lumpy

Great hotels close to a McDonald's and the staff help if you need taxi either by phone or on the uba app screen they provide great service

The smell of weed when entering the second floor corridor reported to staff
