TownePlace Suites by Marriott Las Cruces

Friendly staff! Great facility!

This property must have been another brand as the room and kitchenette was not what we have seen at other TowneSuites. Could use a rehab... Actually they ARE rehabbing some of the other rooms, be we weren't assigned there. I guess it was OK for one night.

We have in our profile to be on top floor away from the elevator checked in at 9am electronically and arrived 3pm and got room 212 next to elevator and the piping to hotel goes in the wall This is our tenth night in a Marriott and it it the worse one rates are cheap but did not expect this much of a drop in quality. Checking was ok but staff did not used name reccomended the worst restaurant by our experience on this trip. Al Postal cold food and got order wrong but great churros

We were here over Christmas and the staff who were working had a great attitude and concern for the guests. The property is not too old, but is obviously well- kept up and we had no issues with anything. Breakfast was simple but good and typical of these places. Will be happy to stay here again.

First and foremost, the service and staff here are wonderful. Welcoming, professional, friendly and the location is great. We were upgraded to a two room suite and it was clean/comfortable for our short stay. Bathroom was a bit on the small side, but hey we were here one night and it was just two of us. Room was equipped with everything we needed and sleep quality was solid.

This was a good experience for me. The location was convenient. The breakfast service was nice, for having only one person do it all. The cleaning service was every 2 days, but the towels could be exchanged for fresh ones. I plan to stay at this one again when I return there.

The people who work here are the best I have encountered! They are friendly, helpful, and very accommodating! If u needed something it was at your room in minutes! The rooms were clean and well stocked and the bed most comfortable! Will be staying there again!

My room was not cleaned for a fact! The pillows were still smashed from the last person who stayed like really? And then a dog ball on floor all the trash cans had trash in the.. also going into bathroom they left open bars of soap? And the trash wrapper was in the trash can the gowels werent even folded like a hotels have then hung and nice so you know its clean. I told the front desk they didnt really seem to care much but gave me new towels since i requested that i wasnt gonna use the ones in room. Like either thisnroom got missed or the cleaning staff needs to be introuble.! And to add to the mix the carpet was full or stickers do they not vaccum? Smh just my luck!
