TownePlace Suites by Marriott Las Cruces

There were a lot of issues when we first checked in, all of which were resolved quickly, but it was slightly annoying. The WiFi wouldn’t work but they gave me an access code for upgraded WiFi. The first room they assigned us wouldn’t open (the door), but they gave us another room. We asked for a late check out and then housekeeping came and knocked and when I told her we had a late check out she said, “sorry, no one told me.” We also got a call from the front desk asking why we hadn’t checked out yet, who we, again, told we had a late check out. None of these were major issues, but slightly annoying.

Arrangements of room, specifically the tv is not convenient. No coffee in the room coffee pot wasn’t even complete which meant you had to get dressed to go get coffee which undermines any relaxation

Friendly staff and comfortable room! Would stay again!

The landscaping and outside bbq area, parking lot and flower beds were dirty and trash ridden. The trash cans were overflowing with garbage and smelled horrible. I travel with my service dog and would have to take her outside. I just dreaded it because of the filth.

Was centrally locates and had a fast and efficient check-in.

No hot water at 10 PM. Good by 6:30 AM. Shannon was extremely helpful and fun to talk to.

Guest service on my check in of March 31 was excellent not only at her normal customer service duties but also repairing my TV so it could access service. Excellent asset!

Second floor stay was below a family with five children who we could hear thumping the floor throughout the night. Best to put big families on fist floor!

Nice hotel, had a mix up with reservations at different hotel ended up staying here am glad because this was a great hotel.
