TownePlace Suites by Marriott Las Cruces

The staff was great and friendly. I want to especially recognize Adriana at the front desk. She help me get my reservation straighten out because I had two different confirmation numbers for my stay. Minnie the person running the breakfast was very attentive with refilling items for breakfast. Being one who grew up in the area, she was a wealth of information on restaurants and places to see.

The stay was okay since it was short. However, I did step on a thorn twice in the room. The room could have been cleaner. I wasn't happy, but the stay was short so it was alright.

Can't speak highly enough of the service provided by the Assistant Manager, Nick Pearce. We required multiple, complicated arrangements to be made. Nick never flinched. From accepting pre-delivery of a very large package, to storing it, to helping load it, to specific room arrangements, Nick just kept saying "what do you need"! Being a Platinum Lifetime Elite member means I've spent my share of time in hotels all around the world. I have NEVER had someone provide such unwavering support and customer service commitment. He is a specialist in humaneering.

Food services good and staff down-to-earth.

the front desk clerk was amazing when we checked in! And we got a recommendation to one of the best restaurants we have ever been to.

There is an outdoor pool that is open until 11pm but apparently does not really have a closing time. Guests were outside until 1 am partying and the sound Can be heard through out the hotel. The hot breakfast consisted of bacon and biscuits. You could make instant list meal or toast a bagel as well. No eggs or waffles at this hotel and no decaf coffee. The room was fine but In my opinion there are better hotels for less money in this area. Happy travels.

Old cabinets but clean well. Staff are very nice. Nice little kitchen.

The hotel room was fine and had mini kitchen which was a plus if you are staying for a lobger peeiod, but when went down for breakfast at 7 am the manager was running around screaming the kitchen staff didn’t show up and he was only one man what was he suppose to do.

When we checked in and went to our room, someone had used our bathroom and didn't flush, so it stunk really bad in the room. Not a good welcome at all! We also didn't get our room cleaned or even refreshed while we were there. Not a terrible experience, but definitely could have been better.

It was fine. A little run down.
