Rooms were clean and spacious. Beach rentals was the bomb especially the attendant was very nice. Kudos to the check in staff. They were courteous and prompt.

Tv channels were hard to view. Not enough parking. Pool restaurant staff were always busy and not in a good mood and their service was OK.

The staff was excellent.

The mattress was like concrete. I give La Copa a 9 over all but they need to change thier hotel mattress. I tossed and turned the entire 4 day stay.

This is my go to place in SPI. Everything is what it's supposed to be. I enjoy this place.

Only dislike is the bed was squeaky when you would get in bed and it was kinda hard but managed to sleep ok

What I like about the hotel is that it’s close to the beach! Breakfast is so delicious staff are very friendly!

When we arrived our room wasn’t ready so we had to wait for almost 2 hours! I was messaged for my estimated arrival time and still didn’t get in till 2 hours later!! Balcony needs to be a bit bigger they are tilted scared to fall!
