Clean, safe property

マリオットというブランドに期待して宿泊しましたが、設備・清掃・シャトルバスのドライバーの態度など、すべてにおいて失望しました。 まず、客室の清掃が行き届いておらず、コンディショナーはほとんど空。何度もポンプを押しても1回分にも満たない量しか出ず、同行者は自前のコンディショナーをわざわざスーツケースから取り出す羽目になりました。 また、バスルームの扉の建て付けが悪く、成人男性が10分以上格闘しても開かないレベル。最終的には反対側からドアノブを捻って、体当たりしてようやく開きました。 さらに、部屋には水も歯ブラシもなく、アメニティがほぼ皆無。空港近くの格安ホテルと比べても、むしろサービスの質は劣っていると感じました。 二度と泊まりません。 I stayed at this hotel expecting the quality that comes with the Marriott brand, but I was disappointed on almost every level: facilities, cleanliness, and even the attitude of the airport shuttle driver. First, the room was not properly cleaned. The conditioner bottle was nearly empty — I had to press the pump five times and still couldn’t get a full portion. One of my companions had to dig their own conditioner out of their luggage because of this. The bathroom door was also a disaster. It was so badly fitted that even an adult male couldn’t open it for over 10 minutes. In the end, we had to twist the doorknob from the other side and shoulder-tackle it open. There was no complimentary water, no toothbrushes, and almost no amenities at all. Even budget hotels near the airport offer better basics. The only positive point was the gentleman at the front desk — he was polite and professional. But overall, I will never stay here again.

It was nice, the bar and food were excellent

Shuttle service was excellent, reception team were welcoming and friendly as were the bar and restaurant team. Breakfast was really tasty and reasonably priced. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing - it was perfect.

The shower had water leak onto the floor. Liked the hardwood floor versus the usual carpet.
