My check-in experience felt very transactional, lacking warmth or hospitality. The hotel itself is quite old and doesn’t justify the rates they’re charging. There are several nearby three-star options that are newer, cleaner, and more modern. This was my first stay here — and it will be my last.

Not much. Over priced. Room was clean however

Breakfast not included with a $275 room. An extra 65 dollar charge for breakfast buffet. Bed was terrible and needs to be replaced. Additional charge for parking on a $275 room is just insane. The website does not mention these additional charges when booking a room. Finally, upon arrival we were told the elevators were not working in a multi level facility.

Got booked on second floor with the hockey group. Entire teams of 7-8 year olds turned the hallways into their personnel hockey arena at 8:30 am. Something is very wrong with the constant water hammering of the pipes all night long in room 227. No sleep !!!! Crappy stay !!!
