The reception is closed on Wednesdays. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the city tax is to be paid upon arrival on site. Additional charge for optional services to be paid on site as follows: - Baby bed: EUR 5 per day or EUR 15 per stay - Baby high chair: EUR 5 per day or EUR 15 per stay - Baby bed + baby high chair kit: EUR 25 per stay. Please contact in advance to make sure that baby bed may fit in the bedroom. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 10 per night and EUR 59 per week (max 2 pets per apartment). Guests can rent bed linen and towels at the property for an additional charge or bring their own. The charges for bed linen and towels are as follows: Bed linen: EUR 9 per person Towels: EUR 9 per person For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Therefore, guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. For stays of 7 and more nights, guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure as final cleaning is not included in the price. Alternatively, a fee will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean. A deposit may be required at the property.
