Serviabilité du personnel, propreté des lieux, confort du lit, même du divan lit. Piscine et spa superbe. À 25 minutes de Whistler, (nous le savions) et à contre trafique le soir en quittant la station de ski. Beau petit village accueillant avec quelques bons resto et l’épicerie tout près. Nous y retournerons lors de nos prochaines vacances Merci à toute l’équipe.

The PVL is small, just like the town. The staff made us feel at home and was extremely welcoming. It's close to the bus stop to Whistler (bring cash or prepaid ticket) and be prepared to get dropped off or walk 1/4 mile across the intersection in your boots. The hot tub and pool were great with nice hot temp in hot tub and refreshing but plenty warm pool. If using pull-out couch in one bedroom suite, ask for extra blankets on check-in as they don't have extras stocked after hours. Parking was heated - actually a little too hot for loading the car dressed for skiing, but was great for leaving our gear secure and warm/dry for the next day's trip to the slopes. It did fill up on a long weekend, so no guarantee you can park inside if it's busy.

I really enjoy the path behind the property. It allowed me to let my dog run but not be far from “home”. Hussain was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my check in. I really appreciated Hussain. The pool during the colder seasons was lovely! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much.

The day time check in staff weren’t very friendly. My dog’s name was not up on the hotel board like everyone else’s dogs names were. We didn’t get a dog bed or dog dishes. Also I wish the hotel had more of a restaurant in the hotel. Open a little later and more options that aren’t just frozen, pop in the oven items. There isn’t much to choose from in town and places in town are not open past like 9pm.
