Pemberton Valley Lodge

Staff is unprofessional and very disrespectful Especially hussain, he was rude unprofessional made me pay 400 $ extra for ome person who was gonna stay fo 1 hrs which i already tell him at checkin raised racial slurs at me and threatened to call police if we dint leave and was super happy when i paid him for another roon

The location is central to town and close to all dining and cafes. The staff were friendly and helpful there is lots of space to chill in the lounge. Coffee was delicious as well :)

The room was very cozy and quiet. We liked the fire place and the well equipped kitchen. Great communal pool/hot tub area, with a nice fire bowl. Staff very friendly and helpful.

As I’m packing my bags, I’m am so grateful that we chose PVL for our Christmas stay on Pemberton. Our son and family live 4 minutes away. Huge bonus. The hotel is nestled in a lovely setting. Lighting and snow added to the ambiance as you walk in. But, it’s about the delightful staff who make you feel, that this is not your first visit. Very welcoming and will go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Rooms are great. Immaculate with all you need for an 8 night stay. Thank you to the staff who made sure we had everything in our rooms, coffee and an extra towel when needed. A delightful experience. We will be back. Would recommend ….if you need a hotel in Pemberton this is it.

Pemberton valley lodge is a home away from home. Warm hospitality and well kept and neat rooms and the bathrooms and the location of property are as good as it gets. I have praises for all the staff I interacted with - front desk , house keeping and the maintenance guy Adrian. We will return in summer. And recommended this property already to all our friends.

Clean and quiet

Late check in at 5 pm , other hotels are 3 pm

We stayed at the PVL December 24th and 25th as we have family in Pemberton and have stayed there in the past.We had an excellent time and would definitely stay there again. The staff are excellent. The rooms are clean,are very well equipped and the heating/cooling is easy to control. The hotel has a heated outdoor pool along with a hot tub lots of other amenities and the heated underground parking is a bonus.
