Do quarto. era enorme e os colchões eram super confortáveis. O chuveiro era enorme e com uma pressão maravilhosa. o ar condicionado era excelente e a tv funcionava perfeitamente com uma grande variedade de canais em espanhol e em inglês. Os restaurantes a la carte são sensacionais, com destaque ao restaurante Mongol que nos surpreendeu, pois nunca havíamos ido a um restaurante de culinária Mongol e amamos.

O bar da piscina vive lotado e conseguir um atendimento lá é bem difícil, mesmo tendo 3 pessoas atendendo. A variedade de proteínas não era muita, o buffet principal e o da praia era sempre "mais do mesmo", com pequenas variações nos 7 dias que ficamos hospedados lá. alguns funcionários foram excelentes, outros nem tanto. No geral, amamos o hotel pelo custo benefício, foi além das expectativas. voltaríamos com certeza.

To far from beach. Rooms ok. Had to ask to refill refrigerator, towels, there were no face clothes had to ask for them. Value, guess you get what you pay for.

"Amazing Vacation!!"

I had not been to this hotel in a few years, last trip here maybe 10 years ago with my daughter. I came this time with my hubby. We had a great time! Hotel has recently changed name and is doing construction, but for me that is a good sign. They are improving and updating! Everything ran very smoothly the whole trip. Check in was super fast we upgraded to one of the newer rooms, If you ask you can do the same. There was a lot of seaweed, unfortunately out of control nature! They did have trucks to clean on beach and made pathways so you could get to beach. A lot of places have this issue. To reserve resto's it's easy you go to computers in lobby and reserve. Food was good. I have no complaints, great value, clean and service was great. Check out, please remember to get a ticket at desk or you can't board bus to airport. One last thing, we called desk to get tram to go to lobby with our suit cases never came. Fantastic weather May 15 to May 22. Please go and have fun !

Havia uma barata no nosso quarto. Pedimos pra nos ajudarem e demorou mais de uma hora pra alguém retornar. A comida não tinha muitas variações no dia a dia.. era sempre a mesma e o restaurante mexicano não estava muito bom
