My first international trip, my location was the Twinpalms surin. My room was every bit of me, the penthouse loft with 3 floors. The entire loft was so clean and managed everyday throughout the day and I had no complaints. The atmosphere all around was filled with so many pleasant staff and guest. I was so surprised and value this surprise I received for my birthday. My host, Mr Silva did a wonderful job, every call I made he given me a quick reply. He was so wonderful with planning scheduling our excursions and handling the transportation. I would recommend this resort and look to come again.

Twinpalms, zum dritten Mal dort gewesen. Immer wieder empfehlenswert. Stimmiges Konzept, tolle gepflegte Anlage. Eintreten und wohlfühlen. Sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal.

Wohlfühlatmosphäre vom ersten Moment an. Das Personal ist so lieb und top engagiert. Der Garten , die Zimmer und der Pool einfach traumhaft. Auswahl und Qualität beim Frühstück unschlagbar…. Die Beach Clubs sind toll und laden zum chillen und relaxen ein. Lazy Coconut war unser Favorit.

아름다운 숙소 풍경, 수영장. 친절한 직원, 넓고 깨끗하며 차분한 룸 내부 인테리어. 체크인 시 웰컴드링크와 생화팔찌를 선물로 주며, 태블릿으로 친절하게 호텔 내부를 전부 설명해주심. 핸드폰 어플을 통해 숙소 관련 사항을 편하게 확인 할 수 있고, 사용할 베개 타입과 룸 장식용 생화를 고를 수 있음. 오전 7시부터 자정까지 수영장을 이용할 수 있어, 관광 후 호텔에 돌아와서 밤 수영을 즐기기에 시간이 넉넉했음. 퇴실 시 룸 향기를 담은 향수 선물까지. 호텔에서의 편안한 휴식을 즐기기에 최적의 장소.

혹시 몰라 챙겨간 샤워 필터가 하루 만에 갈색으로 변함. 다른 지역보다는 났지만, 그래도 그냥 사용하기에는 걱정되는 수질. 근처 다른 곳보다 비싼 이용료. 근처에는 음식점과 마사지 외에는 다른 놀거리가 없어 무조건 다른 지역으로 이동해야 함. 수린 비치 근처가 전부 공사 중이라 해변으로 가는 길이 좋지 않음.
