Twinpalms Surin Beach Phuket

If you are in Phuket, I cannot emphasize how incredible Twin Palms Resort & Spa is. Their hospitality is unmatched, the whole staff is inviting and want to make sure you not only have the best stay but make the absolute most of the time you have in Phuket. Shout out to Pisit and his team! We will be returning for years to come.

From the moment we arrived at the Twin Palms for our honeymoon (actually, even before we arrived- I received a personal greeting and welcoming from our host on whats app) everything was top notch- sparkling clean, beautifully maintained lush landscaping and pool, and unmatched service. Pisit, Alex, and the whole team were over the top accommodating- Pisit handled our reservations, cancellations, taxi services, glowing recommendations, and made sure everything was absolutely perfect and personalized to us- we never had to lift a finger! We stayed in the penthouse suite and it was absolutely stunning- complete with sky high ceilings, and our own private rooftop pool. We were even gifted a complementary bottle of sparkling wine, and other little extras that made our honeymoon that much more special. The hotel restaurants were fantastic and shuttle service so easy. If you want to feel like a queen/king, you will stay here. We will absolutely be back ✨

A beautiful resort with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were fantastic—always friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and offered a great start to the day.

One thing we didn’t like was that although the beautiful beach is only a few meters away, there are no sun loungers or umbrellas available there. In addition, many guests “reserve” the loungers at the hotel pool very early in the morning, sometimes already at sunrise, by placing their towels on them. It would be great if the hotel staff could regulate or prohibit this practice so that all guests have a fair chance to use the loungers.

We had a fantastic stay at the Twinpalms from the moment we arrived we was greeted by Pisit who was fantastic from start to finish. Unfortunately one of our cases hadn’t arrived and was still in Bangkok, we didn’t need to inform the hotel of this as Pisit greeted us and immediately told us he was in control. The case arrived within a couple of hours. The hotel was nothing but perfect, our Loft Villa was absolutely beautiful and so perfect for our family, it was kept spotlessly clean by Pisit and his team. We booked multiple trips through the hotel, Pisist took the time to listen to what we wanted and advised us fantastically. All trips were absolutely amazing and completely hassle free. Thank you Twinpalms for an unforgettable holiday, we will definitely be back and most definitely recommending your beautiful hotel 🥰

מעוצב מהמם, ארוחת בוקר לא מוגזמת אבל נעימה וטובה, אווירה מאוד שלווה ונעימה במלון. נוף יפה לבריכה מהחדר, מנקים את החדר לפחות פעמיים ביום. עשיתי עם מסאג׳ בספא שהיה פשוט מדהים, בכללי החוויה בספא הייתה מעולה.

We had an amazing stay at Twinspalm. Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived. The pool is absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant and well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Pisit, who went above and beyond to help us plan everything and was always there whenever we needed assistance. His recommendations and organization made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!
