Overall, the hotel was a truly wonderful experience in every way. The facilities, breakfast, cleanliness, and service were impeccable, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained.

The key drawback was the location, feeling detached from nature and the sea, situated across from a car park and undeveloped beach. Additionally, the surrounding area was neglected, with subpar restaurants and amenities, making it less enjoyable for those seeking a complete resort experience."

The hotel is really exceptional!The facilities,the pool,the gardens,the penthouse loft with private pool fabulous.Nice breakfast and fruits.Complimentary fruits in the afternoon is great refreshment.You have everything near ,in the vicinity- restaurants,7-11,massages,market,beach..Cimplimenyary transfer to The Catch club(great!!!) and The Shimmer. Our hostess Bank was so nice and kind,and helpfull,fast ...Great!!

The only thing that could be done better is breakfast lounge,where thwre is not enough tables to sit all the guests,that arrive at the same time,and that they could fill some plates faster when empty.

I recently spent five nights at Twin Palms Phuket Resort, and it is the best hotel I have stayed in for many years. The resort is peaceful, serene and beautifully designed — very picturesque, with a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to fully unwind. It feels refined without being pretentious. A special thank you to Ice, who provided exceptional help and support throughout my stay. She was attentive, professional and genuinely kind — it made a real difference. I also appreciated the warm and efficient reception team, the excellent spa staff, the team at the pool bar and restaurants, and the housekeeping staff who kept everything immaculate. The beach at Catch Beach Club is superb — wide, clean and high quality, with a great setting for relaxing during the day. Overall, a truly memorable stay. I would happily return.

Great hotel! Clean, modern and comfortable rooms, and a beautiful green territory. The breakfasts were very good, and the restaurant served delicious food. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with friendly and attentive staff. Convenient location — local market, shops, and massage places are nearby.

Absolutely gorgeous - a real calm oasis in the midst of the very busy Surin Beach area. Stayed in a lagoon room which has access to the pool - this was a highlight and while the resort was running at high occupancy it always felt grown up and quiet. The room and bathroom were perfect - good size, sleek decor, with a big balcony with shutters for privacy. Breakfast and poolside restaurants were great, and we made the most of the shuttle bus to go out to the beach club. Overall this is a really lovely brand, with great staff, providing a sophisticated / intimate experience - will definitely go back.

What truly set this resort apart was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel welcomed and pampered throughout our stay. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already planning our return.
