"Not Handicap access"

Tv and air conditioner and house keeping was good.

I requested a handicap room when I booked. When I called to verify the woman was nasty with me telling me they only had 1 handicap room and a veteran was in it. When I got to the room not only was it not handicap but it was no ramp for the side walk and the room had a 9 inch step to get into the room. The only way I could get in and out of the room is place a chair in the door way sit in it and slide out and then to get in put the chair in the door way and sit down and slide around and have my husband help pull me up into the room. The bathroom was so small I couldn't even take a shower. The toilet was so low to ground i had to have help getting off the toilet not enough room for me to stand up by myself

The staff was helpful and pleasant

The moment I walked in my room you could smell weed. The room was dirty, you could see streaks on the mirrors and the floor was dirty. There was rust stains on the tub and the caulking was dirty and brown. I will never stay at the hotel again.
