The overwhelming smell Of cigarette smoke, the blood stain on the sheet. The cockroach that crawled out of the refrigerator . The front desk associate was very unhygienic in appearance

Looking at past reviews i was not expecting much. I was wrong. The room was spotless. The bathroom likewise. The front desk service was what I would expect from a more expensive motel.

Reserved ADA room, was told not available upon check in. AC was only adequate. Light coming in around the door.

The room smelled, the bedding was stained. The person who checked us in acted inconvenienced. At MIDNIGHT someone pounded on the door yelling at us to let him in to check the fire alarm. He only identified himself as "from the office", and threatened to call the fire marshal if we wouldn't let him in to check the alarm as someone had disabled their alarm and now he had to check them all. Yes, he sounded very angry about the situation. When he pounded the second time I made some phonecalls and verified this was real. We opened the door to multiple cops standing outside our door. We were forced to leave. The guy "from the office" refused to listen when we tried to explain that the aggression in his voice and the pounding had us afraid for our safety, I mean it's not like that hasn't been used before by criminals to gain entry to rob people. When I called the next day to get a refund because for the unused days I was told there would be no refund of anything as having us ejected from the property was their prerogative and that "I should understand". I don't understand that they can kick customers out and keep ALL the money without even listening to their side of the situation.

Nice place...a little bit older....slept great ,which is important...good location for what was going on....stayed 2 nights

Room key card didn't work. Second key card finally opened room to find a bed pillow & sheets had been slept on. Next room had dirty towels and bloody bed sheet. No TV remote batteries. No pot for coffee maker. Room corners were dirty. Loud bang on door at 3am.
