If you stayed in a tent the night before, this place feels like the taj mahal. If you slept indoors last night, it's technically also indoors. Really no complaints for the money

"Unprofessional staff and management,it's a joke"

This place is a joke.Not worth staying at even with its low prices.The staff are not professional nor is management.Its dirty,smells,and the bugs are enough to turn anyone away.The staff are crooked and careless,wouldent recommend this place even to the homeless.

I guess the statement, you get what you pay for is true when dealing with this place .. The owner should be ashamed and Sonesta as well for having their names associated. Dirty linens and wash cloths that looked like they were used to clean a car..
