"Towneplace Suite - for the win!"

We actually stayed on 2 separate occasions. July 22 and then on our return on August 5th. Tallish greeted us when we arrived. She immediately welcomed me as an Elite member and handled me my welcome gift. She said extra points had been added to my account, but if I would rather have a market item, she could make the change. When we went to Breakfast the next morning, the kitchen and breakfast area was being evaluated. The inspector gave them a good rating. All the morning staff were friendly. On our return trip, we booked this same hotel. I always try to check in on line before I arrive. When I walked in Tallish said, you're back! She had my gift and point all ready. Such a pleasure to be treated so well as a loyal customer for over 30 years!

Girl's trip went great!! we stayed here because we were able to cook and chill all together!! The pool amenity was great, we grilled to. The staff were friendly......we didn't want to leave. Property itself could use some updating, but it was great!!

"Great place"

We were hesitant at first with staying, but after staying we had no regrets. Staff at check in were great, breakfast had more than the normal variety of standard at breakfast. We stayed for four nights, and the pool was great!!!

"Avoid this hotel"

Yeah, more of the same negative items that previous people posted. Does management not listen to customers or read reviews. There is mold on our ac vents and ceilings. Bugs crawling on walls.

"Clean hotel"

Great stay, clean and spacious. I will definitely stay here again when I come back. They have a variety of breakfast items everyday, not a continental and then staff is very kind.
