Dead Bugs all though hallways but glad they were at least dead. Had a graduation celebration outside room that broke into a argument/fight keeping everyone awake. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was served 1 per person and Everyone was still hungry when leaving. But it was a clean bed for the night

First they tried to charge us twice because hotels.com never sent proof we had already paid, then the AC didn’t work, there were roaches everywhere and they moved us rooms, then the toilet busted in the new room and leaked into the living area, roaches again, the front desk lady had no idea how to do her job. They tried to fix the toilet and couldn’t. So we had to do without that toilet. Didn’t offer any compensation.

I liked the service, the rooms and the price and the l;ocation

Excellent location, very sweet ladies serving breakfast, but bldg is kept very poorly, seems like owners/investors need to pour more $ into it. It has no security around facilities & there is need for it due to several people/ homeless rooming around facilities; our bedroom was not made one day, our door lock had been picked and no one bothered to fix it....someone was trying to get access to our room by swiping key several times at midnight :(

Good experience would stay here again

My first room smelled so bad it was making me sick to my stomach. They switched my room, the 2nd room didn’t smell as bad but still smelled. The rooms are just old and gross. The shower was dirty, the walls were peeling, the sheets were old and gross feeling, the towels were stained and very worn out, the carpet was ripped. They said the breakfast was really good. We went in sat down for over 10 mins and never got served, not even drinks. Will never stay here again and would never recommend it. The parking lot had tons of sketchy people walking through it. It was just me and my 2 little boys. We felt very unsafe. The door to get into the rooms part of the hotel was broken anyone could just come in. Then the door to the room itself was broken you had to turn it wrong to open it. If it hadn’t been so late at night and I didn’t have little kids we would have left and stayed somewhere else!!!

Exterior doors were not secure, people wandering around in the neighborhood, hallway floors were dirty
