The outside & inside conditions of the property were not anything like the photos online. The exterior property is not well-maintained & the interior furnishings need to be updated(new mattress is needed). The room's carpet was dirty, the bathroom floor had hair and dirt and the shower curtain was stained with mildew. The mini refrigerator barely cooled our beverages & it too was dirty. Also, not the most warm or informative arrival/check in process.

The privacy and convenience of the locatiom
I wish it were pissible to give even higher ratings, especially on communication! I made my reservation about 4 hours before my stay due to weather caused travel route changes. The reservation manager was outstanding and the facility is awesome!
The property was great. However, my room had 19 steps to climb. Had I known that, I would have chosen a different room.
Nice stay. Representative was very helpful and responsive.
Communications with the management was excellent! Place was clean and quiet, my only complaint was that there was a desk but no chair for the desk. Otherwise, everything was awesome.
Better than expected and not the typical large building with many rooms. Didn’t expect stairs to get to the room, though.
