The reception is open from Monday to Friday from 8am until 7pm, and on Saturdays from 8am until 12am. On Sundays, they are closed, but they are open on bank holidays. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel in order to obtain the access code. Breakfast is not served on Sundays. Once-a-week cleaning is included in the price. Daily breakfast (except on Sundays) is available at an additional cost. Bed linen is provided. "Momentos perfeitos"

Maravilhosa a minha estadia. Localização excelente. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Quarto super grande, com cozinha compacta. Cama confortável. Banheiro com secador de toalhas. Enfim, preço justo.

La chambre était agréable et propre ( petit bémol, le miroir de la salle de bain était fêlé), mais nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.

"Not really a positive experience"

Location.

No staff available for problems after 7pm, no housekeeping during a 4-day stay. No fresh towels and had to empty bins ourselves. A bathtub but was refused a plug to fit despite my begging.

"Bon séjour découverte de Strasbourg dans une rue assez calme et dans un établissement très correct."

Petite surprise à notre arrivée! * Je n'avais pas regardé mes mails depuis 48 h . De ce fait je n'avais pas vu les renseignements utiles pour entrer dans l'établissement au moment de notre arrivéé. Plusieurs échanges téléphoniques ont été donnés. *- Nous avions demandé 2 lits simples séparés. Donc a nouveau appel téléphonique et l 'on nous a changé de chambre puisque dans cette chambre affectéée c'était un lit double. Nous avons le lendemain nous avons fait la remarque au guichet et la personne a été à notre écoute, courtois et très commercial..

*Les clients tirent tres fort sur leur porte de chambre et cela fait beaucoup de bruit, dérangeant surtout après 1 h du matin. Malgré tout , je reste satisfaite
