Lors du départ personne à l'accueil on ne savait pas où remettre les badges..comment régler le garage..on était obliger d'appeler le numéro d'urgence..les chaises de la table de la cuisine trop hautes pour personnes âgées

"Very enjoyable place and a nice price and super close to everything!"

Very nice position and lovely place overall. Nice kitchen and services overall a part from the small issue with the heaters.

Unfortunately we found the apartment with the windows open and it was very very cold and we couldn't find a way to keep the place warm enough during the night. The heaters were not working.

朝食が貧弱。調味料（ケチャップ、辛子、塩、コショウ等）がおいてない。　野菜がない。　無くなった食材（ハム等）が補充されない。　日曜日は朝食が無い。　ゴミ出しを自分でしないといけない。三泊したが、バスタオルが２枚しかついてなかった。
