No coffee machine Wifi was real bad It was clean Ac very noisy

We ended up driving by because when we pressed the confirm button the price that came up was higher than what was shown.

This is a very old property that is in the process of renovation. The room itself was fine, except for there being very few electrical outlets. But the parking lot was part gravel and the steps up to the room were quite high. The neighborhood is not one I would want to be out at night in.

Room was big and clean, over use of chlorine on sheets, lack of hanger rack and coffee.

The room was very clean. If it had a coffee maker it would be better. I do recommend this place for the price and convenience.

Not in a great part of town but clean. Last hotel available during snow storm/power outage.

Place was old, room was cold, door doesn’t shut properly, cold air leaks through the door, bathroom needs major update, old shower curtain with stains,

Well if you take away the poor windows,heater,bed, so called breakfast at 2 am, wake up call by garbage trucks at 5 am and the see through doors and not clean other than that it was terrible

It was very clean and comforable. We checked in very late and rhe front desk was accomodating. You could tell recent upgrades had been started....granite counter in bathroom etc. I made a xall to the hotel while still on the road to tell them I would be very late.The first person who answered did not state the name of the hotel when answering. Was a bit rude. Second person on the line was polite and efficent.

We stayed in Room 22. Trash was left in one of our drawers, shower/bathtub area wasn’t very clean, and our remote control batteries were dead. Also, the phone inside our room wasn’t working either. I have tried calling to receive some sort of refund or a discount regarding it, but I keep getting ignored. I will definitely NOT be coming here ever again.
