Very clean and comfortable room!! Pleasantly surprised!

This is a basic motel and the only place in its price range that isn’t downtown with the homeless and the drug addicts. The place is quiet and clean and parking is easy, there is a Dutch Bros in a few minutes walk but the pizza across the street is worth waiting for dominos. Instead hit the grocery. We even like the old school motel room keys as they don’t lock you out if you put it near your phone or wallet. This is our simple go to place in Redding, a town with relatively high rates for what you get, and we plan to stay here again.

Last minute stop on a very long trip. Very old motel. I mean old school motel were they hand you an actual key on the diamond plastic key ring. That said it was fine. Rooms themselves were up to par with budget motels, and it was clean. Two things that did kind of bummed me out...no coffee maker, but bigger deal was no cups. Neither glass or plastic! Do you know how much it sucks to drink a nice Chianti right from the bottle verses a flimsy plastic cup??? Can't hold up your pinky when it is straight from the bottle! Staff was very friendly so I would stay here again, but bring my own red cup!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The air conditioner was broken, the mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable, there was just a tiny bit of toilet paper and no water cups whatsoever, paper or glass.

The owners are very nice and patient, super cool people, we were there as volunteers during the local fires and they were always available even with our schedule of late nights early mornings. the rooms are very nice and clean.

Room was large and clean. Exterior was scary. Lots of people just hanging out in the parking lot.

The room was ok for the price. It was spacious and comfortable, but one of the blankets looked dirty as well as the shades. It also had a fridge & microwave. The outside just looked rundown and dirty.
