"Worst hotel in the universe"

When I stayed at this hotel there was construction going on both sides of my room. Additionally I was told I couldn’t have the confirmation or reservation at that time of the evening, it was 2 am, yet I had just booked on hotels.com. It wasn’t until I showed her my confirmation that she even considered giving me a room. Please keep in mind is in the middle of the night pouring rain in the city I’ve never been to. During my trip this was the most expensive hotel room and by far the worst I have ever stayed in in my entire life. Because they don’t tell you about additional fees for your pet until you are there it’s $$$$$$$. You might think that they would actually offer me a partial refund due to the construction that started super early in the morning and on both sides of my room but no they act like it was my fault for staying there to begin with. Don’t put your business on mine and having availability if you are not welcoming visitors and guests. Do not stay here ever!

"Good basic motel"

We were on a road trip and needed a basic room in Redding. Our usual motels were ridiculously priced so we chose this room and were pleasantly surprised. Room was very clean.

"Don't do it"

Do not go if you're under 21 they will not except you. Even though I am 20. The desk lady was not friendly and couldn't speak much English.
