First time staying at this hotel and we were greeted by a very friendly man Benny (the supervisor) and muskan (the assistant manager) who was at the front desk made check in easy flowing and not a hassle , we enjoyed staying at the blackcomb lodge and decided to stay an extra night and Benny was on top of our parking ticket and room key deactivation .

The hotel itself looks beautiful both inside and outside. The rooms are updated, modern, and nicely decorated. There is also a pool, a balcony with a nice view, and the location is very central, right in the heart of Whistler.

Unfortunately, there were many disappointing aspects of our stay. The most unpleasant issue was the dirty bedding on the sofa bed, which we had to bring down to the reception. We were very surprised to receive such service at this price level. In addition, although our booking clearly stated 4 adults, the room was only prepared with towels for 2 people. We had to ask twice for additional towels (face, hand, and bath), and they still weren’t delivered until very late in the evening after multiple requests. The staff response at the reception was not very professional, as if our concerns were an inconvenience. The room itself was not properly cleaned — there was visible dust on the bed frame, some dirty utensils, and the overall level of cleanliness did not match the cost of almost $500 per night. On top of that, although the location is central, it was extremely noisy until late at night due to pubs and restaurants nearby. Even with the windows closed, it was almost impossible to sleep until the noise stopped around 1–2 AM. If you don’t plan on staying out that late yourself, I would not recommend this location.
