Everything was excellent only parking was paid

The location was ideal! Loved the easy garage parking, the friendly front desk staff, and walk right into the heart of the Village

The only drawback to the perfect location is the noise from the restaurant next door late at night. It was hard to sleep with loud voices coming from the Village until about 2am. Granted, our room faced the shopping area, it may not have been as loud on the other side of the building.

The staff were very polite and friendly. I found the hotel itself run down and old, the room had a very strange arrangement with the TV on an inconvenient wall - difficult to see from the bed. My room was above the main village walkway and it was extremely loud until 3 am, making it difficult to sleep.

Was a problem with our room when we arrived. Staff were very apologetic and did what they could to accommodate. We were updated to a suite however it was very outdated with several issues in the room. The large mirror was broken. The built in microwave was broken- door wouldn’t close so the light in the microwave lit up the room all night. Was unable to access the cord to unplug it. The light in the bathroom buzzed every time it was turned on as it was ready to burn out. Balcony overlooked the busy part of the shopping area of Whistler village with a pub across the road. It was music and noise until 1am. If you want quiet, request a room away from shopping area. We were on a 10 day west coast trip and it was the only place we had to pay for parking which wasn’t cheap. Once again, staff were very good and worked hard to get us another room but had we got our first room, we would have been on the quiet side of hotel.

Close to all the bars and restaurants in the village.
