The hotel is very convenient as it is located right in the village and the staff are friendly. The room has a microwave, toaster etc. which was nice.

We were put in a room with no hot water. The front desk was aware of the problem and told us because the hotel is old this kind of thing happens. I feel we should have been compensated for this or moved to a room that had hot water. Also the bathroom was not very clean. The tiles in the tub/shower were very dirty and when you flushed the toilet the drain in the tub gurgled. The bathroom definately needs to be redone. It was also very noisy at night as the noise coming from the bar across the road from the hotel was very loud and made it hard to get to sleep.

Location was prime. Staff was very friendly

The ski and board storage area left a lot to be desired. It was very chaotic and led to my board being damaged. Our room in particular had a very slow drain in the shower.

El aire acondicionado ruidoso y da directo a la cama. Check out 10 am muy temprano y cobran por guárdate maletas. Baños muy viejos Tiene precio de hotel 4 estrellas y claramente son 2-3

Lovely and cosy, very quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was visiting my daughter (who lives in a share house) and didn’t realize that you were not allowed to have any visitors in your room! So we had to just walk around in the freezing weather get coffee after coffee with no other options as the lifts were closed and nothing to do.
