Beautiful

The best way I can describe the experience was awkward. When we arrived no one was there to check us in, no sign saying we were in right spot, no explanation on what to do. We had to call and get the information. We were the 1st guest there that day and had to explain to everyone else call the owner. Breakfast was awkward too, they said served between 8-10. Yet when we to kitchen the cook was just arriving at 8 and didn’t say anything. We had to ask where to go to eat, had to get our coffee and had to ask when breakfast was. Didn’t eat till closer to 8:45 For how nice this place is, how much you spend per night you’d expect top notch customer service and that we did not get. We did like our room and bathroom but would not return giving the service. It was not a bed and breakfast but an awkward Airbnb.

Everything was great, but Sonia went above and beyond being helpful, booking us a last minute in-room massage, and being generally great. Breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommended, will definitely come again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the carriage house. It was the best place we have ever stayed. We will stay at the McClellan House on our next visit to NAPA. ps: Dogs are welcome In the Carriage House.

What a wonderful B&B and a delightful experience. The house is gorgeous, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect. We loved it and will stay there again if we’re able,

Absolutely beautiful 19th century/Gatsby home with all the amenities of new construction. Service was spectacular and one of the best B&Bs I've ever been too. Great location within walking to downtown Napa and plenty of street parking for the rental cars.

We had an awesome stay! Great hospitality, great location, great room, and a GREAT breakfast.

Phenomenal. It’s a great place and is walkable you the market, tasting rooms and so much good food. The owner and his family are exceptional! Great breakfast, conversation and of course wine!

A wonderful experience. The owner is going to do some remodeling,and that would bring my rating to a 5 star for every category. Beautiful property, easy walk to town for restaurants,and the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a B&B. The nicest most interesting people were staying there, and the owner and his daughter also fit that category.

Very nice Victorian home, well situated. Will book again once renovations are done.
