"Wonderful"

Our room had a nice balcony and a jacuzzi, but the best part was no TV! Yes! Conversation ruled and the stay was perfect.

Beautiful house. Very clean. Good homemade breakfast. The owners were apparently out of town so there was really no "check-in." Our friends opened the door for us. The cleaning person was there but she didn't speak English. There was an envelope on front step with our key and coupons in it. It all worked out and was really a lovely place to stay.

"Lots of character"

This gem is close to downtown Napa 10-15 min walk to everything. My wife and I live BandBs and this one did not disappoint. Stay here you won’t regret it.

"Find another place"

Owner or representative was missing during entire stay. Had to pick up keys to room on porch upon arrival. Apparently owner was away for weekend for family function. This seems to be a reoccurring theme. She is never there. Premise is bare bones. No toiletries in unit. House grounds needs major landscaping. Items that were provided (toilet paper etc.) was the cheapest on the market. For the price you pay, one expects a few nicer things. The one breakfast we ate was very nice. Owner would not accommodate my wife and I with an earlier breakfast as our flight was early. Breakfast is 9:00 No exceptions. We loved the area but will not be back to this place. Look someplace else

"Lovely weekend in Napa"

It was as lovely place to stay in Napa. Comfortable room, lovely bathroom and private terrace included! Breakfast was great, hosts were welcoming and helpful. Easy to park, easy walk into downtown and all the yummy local restaurants and markets. Great base for wine country visiting!

Room was good, except window over door let light from hallway in all night, which was annoying. Private balcony and tub with spa jets were great. Breakfast was delicious!
