"Stiflingly hot"

Arrived late in the evening but able to get a pizza and a beer at the restaurant which was good. Not the greatest pizza ever but also far from the worst. The room was stiflingly hot and on a main road so opening the windows meant noise but a bit cooler conditions. Poor night's sleep as a result. Shower was good and room was clean. Location was really good.

"Excellent"

Passable for the one night. Room basic but fine with overriding damp smell in corridors. Having secure overnight parking was a real bonus.

"Needs a little attention"

Staff wete friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a very good continental breakfast. The little cation was pretty good because it was close to the waterfront and the city center. Dunkerque needs a lot of revitalizing and the area immediately surrounding the hotel needs a good clean-up. The hotel itself is showing its age, but it s obvious that they are trying to keep the rooms clean. The hallways need a lot of work.

Location was good for walking to the beaches, museum etc. There was no A/C in the room so room was very hot. Breakfast was good.

Asked for a travel cot but they didn’t have one. Shower was mouldy, there was hair on the pillow. Mad.

Room had no AC, bed was not very comfortable but adequate. Lifts are very tiny. Over all its okay.

Property needs to but updated. Very basic. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Very basic and a bit shabby. Would not recommend. Meal quality in restaurant also need improving
