White House Napa

Lovely white building that's a perfect cross between a bed and breakfast and hotel. Our 3rd stay. 4.5 stars Highlights: - Beautiful property with the room, breakfast area, pool, and seating in the front. - Hot tub and pool open anytime so fun for post-dinner. - Rooms with fireplace - Comfortable beds and bedding: so cozy you don't want to leave - Wonderful location with a short walk to downtown Napa. - Wine hour: to enjoy a glass anywhere on the property. Also mimosas with breakfast. - Customer service: when I was given a different room than I received, they made efforts to rectify it. Midlights: - 1 employee taking care of monitoring brunch trying to make coffee for everyone plus answering the phone at the same time Lowlights: - Stairs only so harder with larger luggage - Spread for breakfast significantly downsized post-Covid. Used to be so impressive and also had higher quality teas.

The location is perfect.

The property and grounds are nice. Rooms are okay but smell very old like an old house also had carpet that needed replaced.

WHN is a beautiful inn in downtown Napa. The location doesn’t get better and the service and staff are amazing. We love staying at the White House when we go up to Napa! Thank you Briana and the rest of the staff!!

This beautiful inn is a hidden gem--walking distance to downtown, lovely happy hour and breakfast, comfortable rooms with fireplaces. The best part is the amazing, responsive, professional staff.. They made us feel so welcome and special!

We just stayed at The White House for four nights- five days. From the moment we checked in we were greeted with champagne and by Sierra and Janet. It was the beginning of a wonderful stay. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the beds were comfortable including the plush bath robes. The grounds were inviting and relaxing. The food was amazing. We enjoyed a really good breakfast every morning thanks to the Chef! The chef really knows how to please their guests. We expressed to her that we would be leaving early one morning to head back home and that we would not be joining them for the wonderful breakfasts that we had every morning . She graciously offered to make us a "to-go" breakfast to take with us and it was delicious. Janet and Sierra were so helpful during our entire stay and answered all our questions and they made us feel right at home. We did not rent a car but luckily Janet helped us out and arranged for a car service for us with Rene's Wine Tours. They took care of all the reservations to the vineyards along with restaurant reservations. We definitely plan to return to this little gem in Napa! The Victorianos

What an amazing couple of days we had here at White House! Was part of a 50 person wedding that was held here over Halloween weekend. The staff were so unbelievably well-prepared for us, and had the rooms looking amazing and so inviting upon our arrival. The staff took such good care of us during the morning with breakfast service, and greeted us at arrival with champagne and all the info we needed for door codes, WiFi, etc. They made the weekend so enjoyable, and had all of us feeling so well taken care of. It felt more like staying at someone’s home rather than a hotel. The pool and the patio and backyard were so well set up and decked out for use by our big group. The staff even took care of us after we checked out. Some friends after check-out had left some personal items behind, and both got them back before we left Napa! The staff here make this a must-do if you are looking for an intimate venue for hosting a wedding. Its location is just down the street from downtown Napa and made going out so simple and easy on foot. The rooms are spacious and perfectly decorated and outfitted with usable space. The bathroom in my suite had a great big shower and the room felt so luxurious

Unique and beautiful with a lot of history. The bed was cozy the sheets were crisp and the pillows were perfect! So much detail in the design! Janet was a great host and the food was delicious.

We had an amazing stay at the White House Napa. We were a group of 10 friends all couples. Myles and Sierra were the sole of kindness. As an example of the ways in which they bent over backwards to make our stay amazing, they helped rearrange the common room so that we could watch the football game. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were Spacious and the beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever stayed on in a hotel.
