White House Napa

LOVE this place!! It was our second trip and the recent renovations are so high end! The sheets and mattresses are amazing. The breakfast and coffee bar is my favorite when you just really neeeeeed a hot coffee after an evening of wine. The new Penfolds room is also beautiful and the option to schedule a private tasting with such an exclusive brand is unique to the property. We hope to make our trip an annual event!

The White House Inn is PERFECT whether you’re planning a romantic escape or a group getaway, this inn is now our first choice when staying in downtown Napa and can’t wait to come back to stay with our friends (we’re already booked for November again!). From the moment we stepped into the foyer, it was clear this wasn’t your typical “inn experience.” The interiors are beautifully curated, with thoughtful, high-end finishes that strike the perfect balance between modern elegance and inviting warmth. Our room was a dream—plush bedding, incredibly soft linens, and a bed that made it nearly impossible to leave in the morning. Even the pillows were perfect! Every corner of the property feels intentionally designed, offering a luxury boutique vibe that makes you want to redecorate your entire house when you get home. We especially loved the shared dining and living space, also gorgeous and cozy, where we ended up connecting with other guests over wine or breakfast. We did not get a chance to try the pool this time, but loved the view from our room. I was also happily surprised to find it was just a short 3-minute walk to downtown Napa, 5 to Starbucks. We even bought the super soft blanket and sweaters from their gift bar to bring a piece home with us! Note to staff: would be cool to sell candles of the scent in the common areas- we were obsessed.

My stay was exceptional. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and filled with thoughtful touches. Breakfast featured fresh, high quality options in an elegant and charming setting. I appreciated the privacy, comfort, and all the amenities that made it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend, and I would gladly return.

Stayed 3 nights. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets, soft pillows, and warm blankets. It is a beautiful and newly renovated property with a pool and private wine tasting experience. Breakfast was delicious. Amazing experience.

The most amazing experience. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were friendly and super helpful. The property was gorgeous and incredibly well maintained. The hotel is so charming and I love that they have games in the common area to play with friends.

Nice property, however you can hear everything going on in the halls outside the rooms. Guests talking etc.

The staff was super nice and attentive. This place is ran very different (in a good way) than other hotels.

No free car charging. Not a big deal but nice to have...

The property was beautiful and relaxing. Every detail had been thought of and a curated relaxing “welcome home” feel is carried throughout every space. The morning breakfast was wonderful variety. The staff were a true highlight to the trip. They were always checking in and making sure your stay was nothing less than perfect. Laura, especially went above and beyond. She always welcomed you with a smile, and took pride in her work managing the property. All around a wonderful trip, and the White House Napa is a special place to stay with special people taking care of you. We will be back.
