Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Regina by IHG

I would stay here again, great for families

No breakfast, a lot of smokers at entrance through out stay, even the day shift attendant/front desk went out for a smoke. Very unprofessional and ignorant. Never going back.

I’ve been an IHG member for several years, and one of the reasons we chose this hotel was due to my loyalty to the brand. While the location was convenient, the overall experience fell short of IHG standards. One key issue was that the hotel does not have its own official restaurant — the restaurant attached to the building is owned and operated by a third party, which limits the service integration you can expect from an IHG property. We also experienced late-night hallway noise from unsupervised children, with no action taken despite reporting it. The next morning, we had a clogged bathroom sink. I reported the issue multiple times but nobody showed up to fix it. Went to complaint at the front desk, but a staff member, Ma May, responded indifferently, showing little urgency or care. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, with bedding not changed for few days until specifically requested. Due to these ongoing issues, we cut our stay short and moved to another hotel. At checkout, after voicing concerns to Ma May again, I suspect that she may have removed my IHG membership from the system, as I did not receive the usual post-stay survey. This property does not reflect the quality or standards I have come to expect from IHG. I would strongly recommend exploring alternative accommodations if you're looking for a more consistent and restful stay.

We got in late so unfortunately for us we didnt get to use the pool but it did look fun. Our room alone was decent but one of the bed felt tilted was extremely noisy and uncomfortable. Doable for 1 night but definitely wouldnt have been comfortable for more than 1. Overall the hotel was great, friendly service. Rooms are big as well.

The stay was great and the room was clean. I would stay there again

The location is great, easily accessible to everything you mind need during your stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They offered breakfast for $10 per person which i foind reasonable but opted out of. We didnt use the pool or other facilities but they all looked well kept as well.

Orher guests being noisy and not having respect for other guests The room we stayed in was great! 2 beds plus a hide a bed

Broken tiles in washroom. Door warped and would not shut. Way overrated hotel
