GBBeautiful remote location Quiet and restful Lovely modern bedrooms and bathrooms Really friendly hosts who went out of their way for us Plentiful breakfast and appreciated the childrens cutlery The honesty bar was great! Especially as it was a bank holiday and no shops were open. Would 100% go again!
Small issues. There is no barrier aside from a two wire fence at the back of the property where the bedrooms open outside between the garden space and the field with cows in. Not a massive issue but with a toddler it meant we couldn’t use this space due to risk of them bolting underneath. Some more child friendly options for breakfast would be appreciated (there may have been but I didn’t see) cereals for example?
GBWe arrived late, so no check in but Linda texted us the code for the room and checked with us that we had arrived safely The bed was the most comfiest we have ever slept in away from home. The breakfast was more than adequate
